Any further thoughts: Told him specific in chat heal order. Since I was at king he had to heal before me. He was more focused on flaming and excusing himself in chat than healing and win us game. Also failed to send.

You never said anything about "specific heal order". You only said
(21:15 / Allied) rolfdafiftynine: blue heal
And that was all about heals.
Traxice was supposed to heal after teal. Teal missed his heal. There is no way traxice had time to realize teal missed heal, and use his in time.
Also, even if you had 10 heals, you couldn't save the King at that point.

I don't think he should be banned.
