Any further thoughts: He basically went mid with an AA, and he was level 12 in minute 43. He did not engage with team even once, all he did during all game was to use his ult. As you can see in the chat log, he knew what he was doing so I think he deserves a longer ban.

To say you the truth. it was during all game. I edited main post with some examples of his behaviour.

These are time stamps relating to discussion about !ff command. Game Ruin is categorised under the following list which is located on the ENT Rules page:
Do not ruin the game on purpose:

Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay.
Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.
If teammates shared control, do not abuse it.

Please provide time stamps where the player was in violation of the above.

In my modest opinion, I finished level 22 while he finished level 13 taking mid lane. That should be considered AFKing.

ANyway, if standing behind towers during 48 min is not bannable is good to know.

Up until 2100 he never joined a fight. Always stayed behind towers, ulting people for safety.
2100 and 2200 his team is pushing top and then mid, but he never joins them. He actually goes farming woods with AA.
2700 there is another team fight going on. He is very close to it, but decides to stay behind towers and just ulti once more.
2900 same deal. Team fighting and he stays near towers. Never even reached the middle of the map once.
3200 team fighting at bot rune, he stays at bot tower all the time.
3900 enemy team is pushing bot. He stays behind tree for a few seconds, then moves to fountain while his team is trying to defend alone. Stays afk there for about a minute.
4300 another fight near 3rd tower bot, AA is hiding in his usual place, behind the tree. Literally seconds away from the fight, he does nothing. Would be an easy kill with his slow and disable.
4500 another team fight right above 3rd middle tower. AA is, guess where, behind the tree. Full hp/mana, does nothing but watch. Again, would take him less than 10 seconds to reach and join the fight.
4550 he spawns and hugs the fountain for a minute.

He finished the game 0-2-8, level 11 solo mid in a 47 minutes game. The reason he had only 2 deaths is simple. Enemies couldn't even see him for the first 40 minutes.
From the first second of the game, up until the very end, he kept griefing about stacking, forfeiting for no reason at every chance he had.
As stated below, AA was not a new player. He knew exactly what he was doing from the beginning. Refused to help team in countless occasions, ending up with his team dying on 3v4 and 4v5 all over the map, thanks to his lack of presence/involvement

I believe player extra[dry] should be banned for deliberate gameruin by refusing to defend/help team in literally countless occasions. Also for afk/griefing behind Tree and fountain for about 30% of the game, and even more behind towers.

Extra[DRY] banned 5 days for game ruin/failure to cooperate with allies/failure to defend.
