Any further thoughts: This guy ping spammed so bad you couldn't see anything around your hero or surrounding area. He continued to do this from time to time throughout the game even though I warned him it could be bannable.

There is no rule about "pinging too much". But i can understand that, if it's excissive, it can cause some form of gameruin. But, he just pinged about 10-12 times at 2230-2330. Nothing too much. And then about 20 times total for the rest of the 25 minutes game.

I see nothing ban-worthy here.

Much evidence for maphack from rigong and japancondom.
In particular, at 3243 they are both creeping at large creep camp and clearly see sniper coming towards them in fog. At 3243 rigong breaks off fight with creeps and moves towards sniper, activates bm at 3245, while japancondom does the same and activates dust at 3245, both occurances prior to gaining vision of sniper.
rigong and japancondom banned one year for mh.
