Then moves to fountain and stays afk until 2400. Total of 13 minutes. More than half the game.

2100 stfu.noob spawns and stays afk at fountain while enemy team is pushing. At this point, they were 3v5 thanks to the leaver and the perma afk. Als way underfarmed-underleveled.
Most of the time yellow and orange were in the fountain too after 2300, and for a good reason.

Player LoydMAN should be banned for prolonged afk.
I am not very sure about player stfu.noob, since the game was pretty much lost. No chance at all playing 3v5, with an afk of 13 minutes that the refused to kick. ( was only 1 votekick tho )
I believe, if there is no history involved, that a warning would suffice.
