Any further thoughts: has courier at top lane where our techies has been plating, using it to destroy mines. techies ends up killing the courier. the accused player would never have used this path for his courier, to give him items, nor was it on its way to him. pretty cut and dry!

0700 he buys a courier.
0730 charged top, with the courier still on him. He then releases it underneath 3rd top tower and uses it in an attempt to destroy mines.

Should be banned for attempting to exploit a well known bug.

I think a warning is enough here. He did search once, and never again. It appears to me that when made aware of the rule he stopped, which is the point of any ban.
