Any further thoughts: Opponent team we're all 1200+ players, so they know the rules 100% but when i told that i was gonna report it they acted like nothing wrong happened trying to evade blame.

Edit: After their excuses i've rewatched the replay and all i can say is bullshit. On lvl 8 after crosser unit dies, he switches targets on creeps but he doesn't cast wave on them.
On lvl 12 after he kills sends, he first attacks a unit that's standing far below the king impossible for crosser to reach and then switches back to a target above the king. Then he casts wave, and does some more switching targets. What's even more funny is that their king is not even strong enough to onehit creeps after a wave is casted on lvl 12-creeps.

In lv12 he switched because he had to kill the sends from right side. It was important because of teleportbug (crossbuilds). Thats not juggling.
On lv 8 he switched because of making 1 hit with wave he used later. Thats not juggling too.

Why should we even juggle on 8 or 12? We used a heal on 12 and it was very close from being a second.

After carefully watching the replay, here is my review.

At 1430 ( wave 8 ), it might look like juggling in the begininng.
However, If you pay close attention, his intentions are clear. He hit about 10-15 acolytes once ( needed 2 to kill them ), lowering them enough to kill them all with shockwave. He obviously didn't want to cast shockwave too early, because he would miss many units.
He focuses fast on the sends. Then uses "shift" to kill all the low units first.

Same thing happens on 2700 ( wave 12 ). He focuses on sends, uses shift on them first, and then finishes the creeps.

Overall, i see a solid King control, and nothing that would indicate Juggling.
I don't think he should be banned.


P.S. I checked with DRM, and in my opinion, it is misleading in this case.

not even 1 attack was slowed down. He weakened 4 creeps and killed them after hydra fell down, thats right. Reason was that the propability to kill many units increases with hydra when they are low. He killed them after hydra was down yes, because the wave wasnt available at this point. And notice, not even 1 attack was slowed down compared to auto king.
And Overall, the autoking would be much slower compared to controlled king. He didnt even slowed down the attacks switching to sends, where its allowed.

On 12:

And even if its no juggle: At least he hitted more units with that wave and so, he killed faster compared to autoking.

You should read the rules more carefully before flame us ingame. This request is such a timewaste.

First of all, you should just wait for a moderator to review your request. None of us is a moderator, and this is just our opinion on the matter. The moderator who will check this, might think differently.
Second, it is very clear in the replay, that his intentions were honest, and the King control was good. His team had no problem with this, and they are even defending him here. Even if you read the chat, you will find no complains from his team on that matter.

This looks to me like a personal matter. But hey, as i said, i am just a simple member.
