No different device or different location than usual. I did have a stretch where I did not play for over 1-2 years. Other alaiases that I remember; new_account, leshrac_n_roll

I am able to play on ENT at friends house, I think it's my IP address. Does it usually take this long of a process to get unbanned? All I want to do it play Dota.

Sorry range bans take a while to sort out. What maps did you play on our bots?
