Player coco225 @uswest.battle.net went afk (moving but sitting at fountain for more than 2 minutes after player uclgear pulled creep to his mines at top lane shop.

After that he started to farm ancient camp, and later on 2 big jungle camps. When player uclgear have "stolen" (be advised that feeding carry players should be a form of teamplay) one of it, and player Varonica the second one, he placed mines inside - preventing creeps from spawning. Than for no reason he blocked 3rd middle camp. Next he farmed small camp and blocked it, moved to last jungle camp blocked it as well. At this point (its 26min replay time) he was level6. Not contributing to a single teamplay. Went to ancient camp blocked it. For the rest of the game he runs around (mostly top rune and secret shop area) placing pretty much useless mines.

Conclusions:
I can understand being a bit mad if someone has destroyed some well placed mines (don't believe it was done maliciously tho), but throwing a game like that seems excessive.
I would issue a ban for user coco225 @uswest.battle.net for breaking the following rules:

1. Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
2. Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
