I don't usually post for opposing teams, but these guys seem like really cool guys. One mentioned he doesn't know how to post a BRQ, so I thought I'll go ahead and do it. I've also played with this ruiner before, though I can't remember when or which game. So this guy needs to be banned for this behavior or he'll just do it again.

Basically G.O.D (ursa) was nonexistent through the game. He just farmed and Roshan, didn't defend or team fight at all. Our whole team actually forgotten they had an ursa b/c he was just not in the game, all game. At the 28:20, he was kicked, his score was 0-0-1.

Player G.O.D @europe.battle.net start on middle lane. He farms the lane until lvl6 (very questionable farm tho, he doesn't get any heal accumulating gold but facing CM he can't get near creeps), than he starts to farm jungle.
Around minute 15 replay time there is a fight in the middle between turrets involving almost every player ingame, he is farming ancient camp nearby and doesn't join the fight. Enemies are destroying middle tower, he goes for rune and farms the ancient camp again.
Minute ~16:30 another fight involving all player is happening middle. Player G.O.D. farms enemy jungle.
Minute ~18 enemies are pushing second middle tower Sentinel team is gathering to counter them. Ursa is still farming enemy jungle.
Minute ~19 same thing going on for T2 top tower.
Around ~22:00 enemies are pushing top lane - player G.O.D. farms roshan and enemy ancient camp. He ports to base (enemies still pushing top T3 tower), one could imagine having BoT, MoM, SnY and aegis Ursa is ready to take a fight - wrong he goes straight to jungle to farm more.
Only play up to this point I can call "participating in game" is around minute ~26 when he is pushing top T3 tower when enemies push bottom T2.
Minute ~27 - enemies pushing bot T3 tower, he farms enemy jungle.
He gets kicked shortly after.

Conclusion:
I suggest banning player G.O.D @europe.battle.net for ruining a game by not participating in teams decisions, not defending and simply afk-farming whole game.
