This is absolutely suspicious even from just watching the beginning of the game. the times the posted are very accurate, a think with a simple run of a fog click detector this mh request will be sured up.

I ran a fcd check on it and did not find any clicks, however with all these suspicious time marks I think sand king was a mher

DRM is totally bugged for this replay but you can suspect Safe Clicks as Sank King did not select Allies nor Foes throughout the game.

For Sand King, his recorded selections were only on neutral units like Legaras the Vile and Side shops + Fountain Shops.

After reviewing the replay and reading the user's evidence; I would also say he is hacking.
The user ilike2fart@Lordaeron has been banned for one year for maphacking.
