rotten: 17:34 attempts to head for Tidehunter thinking Tide was going to creep then gives up once he's not, 19:38 suspicious movements near invisible Tiny, 25:05 wandering then runs back when Tiny is near, 25:20 avoiding Tiny, 27:22 was going towards top lane then runs back to base knowing Tiny is about to head for mid tower.

I checked with fcd, saw no clicks to indicate mh, all I saw were delayed clicks

I just watched replay. There is no evidence of Captain_Duranda having maphacked.

Ban request should be denied with respect to Captain_Duranda.

Also, this game was nearly a month ago. Shouldn't the ban have been requested in a timely manner?

I mean wtf OP? Are you that angered by your loss that you have to manufacture a spurious ban request?
