Players kos(chris and magiccookie obviously two mates. kos(chris picks tiny and tosses me into his mate on scourge, magiccookie. Also some obvious incidents later on the game that confirms their connection.

Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):
3:00 - I tried to votekick the gamethrower tiny, for tossing me into enemy.
5:50 - Same as above
7:00 - kos(chris initiates a votekick against me for reason. His mate magiccookie types !yes this time, although he didn't type yes when I tried to get rid of tiny. Also getkill voted.
8:30 - I initiate a votekick against kos(chris. This time magiccookie thought the votekick was against me again, so he immediately typed !yes.
11:30 - Another failed votekick against kos(chris
15:50 - kos(chris doesnt kill magiccookie when he had the chance. A stun would kill him, but he wants to keep the stats of his mates.
27:40 - tosses me on magiccookie. At this time, it's obvious that this lowbob has planted another lowbob, gaining cheap kills. It wasn't a coincidense that tiny chose to toss me on magiccookie.
28:30 - Note: quote from kos(chris: "I am the top 10 player, and I enjoyed this match". It is clearly magiccookie that writes this, as he seems to be top 10(what a shame).
33:40 - AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO LONGER ANY DOUBT. I go to farm scourge woods. Bara tp's to their tier 3 toptower, goes straight for me woods, and kills me.



Any further thoughts:
I did some quick searches on the alias-checker. Then I noticed there is another ban request that concerns the same players.

I noticed that kos(chris is milkyw4y_ta0, which has been playing some games with magiccookie. There is no doubt that magiccookie uses his plant to win games. What a lowbob, wow.

Please permban both these players

0:30 - Tiny follows SF mid on the same lane as Magiccookie.
1:00 - Attempts to toss SF to Magiccookie begin.
7:30 - Bara finds SF near rune spot. Tiny sits by while he dies
14:00 - Kills SF with toss while repeatedly trolling in all chat.
15:15 - Tosses Lich to enemy team
And there's more after that. He is no doubt intentionally throwing the game.
The event at 33:40 leaves no doubt that tiny is a plant for magiccookie.

I will, however, give magiccookie a chance to defend himself for the sake of fairness before I make this ban, because if made, it will be very long and probably involve a stat-wipe.
@Magiccookie what do you have to say to defend yourself? I know you're online and reading this right now.

Magic cookie and kos)chris plays game together often, and i watched replay things were pretty obvious how it went. The other players however not votekicking in case like that game should not be bannable in my opinion.

Why not? They did not vote to kick tiny when he was clearly throwing. That's pretty bad.

Magiccookie has 2 hours to defend himself by this post or I make a decision, and then he can make an appeal if he thinks its invalid.

@iCoNNecT Magiccookie@west is an impersonator; i am familiar with his IP providor and him. He's a well known ban dodger, but he is not the somewhat infamous magiccookie from the forum. He's trying to frame the real magiccookie

@Magiccookie It's dangerous to take information from someone on enemy team. That's considered ghosting if you take advantage of the info. And also you played vs him many more times than with him. You MAY not have set him up to feed you elo, but that's certainly what he's doing.

@Fangorn discussion is absolutley needed for a topic like this. This topic is to ban (3 months to 1 year) and remove the stats of one of the top 10. This is definitely a "high profile" case, and discussion will help all of us, including me, reach the truth. I am very hesitant to ban when it is not proven beyond reasonable doubt, so I want to discuss this until all the evidence is laid down.

They appear to be friends. They team up on Naturo (HMMM WHY NARUTO? I wonder..) in this game, and act like they don't know each other in the other games.

@Fangorn this is actually very difficult to prove he's doing it intentionally, because he just claims that he didn't set up games with him and that he was always annoyed by him (like he did claim). Very very hard to prove intent online about something like this.

However these chatlogs make me suspect that he is indeed guilty.
