I think that this behaviour is suspicious but I could not find any fog clicks during the first min of the game.
Do you have any other suspicious moves?

813: back when bara charges from fog
1002: shoots missle at very low health lich in fog. Last vision of lich was 941 as lich was backing past tower with low health. No reason so suspect he s would double back, and never had any vision of him during that time.
1101: backs when bara charges from fog.
2550: backs as magina approaches from fog.
2558: clock approaching mid rax as magina is only scourge hero visible there, and two scourge heroes are moving away from mid rax (but in fog and not visible) towards bottom rax. However, both change direction and move back towards mid, again unseen in fog, but clock then backs from tower as they approach in fog.
3120 backs when bara charges from fog.
