For timestamps, its totaly enough to call the lvls (in LTD) instead of the exact time, since we have to watch the replay anyway
Since OP wrote he did it every round, this means he is reporting one of the "i send every wave for income players" or just a newbie ^^.
Looking into this a bit later, so zach has the chance to have a look if he wants.

After solo sending multiple times with warnings from his team I agree with a ban against StrOss.
