Any further thoughts:
After brown was kicked one of his allies used him to try and get a kill. Normally this wouldn't be a big issue but they used duel with a melee hero that just got kicked for using mana burn on melee. The person who did this should also be banned for exploiting the glitch. Please check replay at ~16:55.
