Time of Violation (in-game or replay): he upped 2/1 lvl 1 so he couldnt go 2. blast lvl 2 fair enough if he was new, but in lobby he was like nooo ive played a shit load of legion after that he failbuild the rest of the game, didnt push, and didnt really do shite lvl 15 he solosend as he said for income, cus we lose 17 anyways as it turned out we had a pretty close race 17.
Any further thoughts:

i know if i play with a new player, and ill try to help and guide, this was NOT the case.
