I only ask as you were the original staff member involved with the original ban put in place for these two.

From the look of the comments, and toxicity between the link provided and the replay listed here I believe that both players are indeed the same as the ones from before. I'd agree that this was an IP ban dodge along with heavy toxicity and flaming of teammates. In addition to extremely hard name to read for |c002636fb @useast.
