Blue was 1:14:1 (the one kill he just last hitted) in the end, we asked twice to kick him again, as he was obviously feeding and was the main
target of pink (starchaser) all game long.
Any further thoughts: It was basicly 4 vs 6 all game long, if we woulda known they refuse to kick the feeder, we prob woulda drawn 2.
Blue is awful with chosen skills as well, but with random skills he was nothing but food.
Pls ban at least pink, who didnt vote once and took greatly advantage by feeding of blue !!!

Below is my opinion for the claims above, and what I've found by using DRM and watching the replay

Does not appear that he was too far behind level wise once he started playing, however, after the first death to Starchaser@USWest he steadily started falling behind. It would seem that he kept going to lane, and when he did try to farm the jungle he failed to use observer wards which would have helped prevent a great many deaths.

At the end of the game he was one shot kill by anyone on the opposing team.

I believe there were things he could have accomplished to avoid feeding the entire game, such as purchasing observer wards along with the few sentry wards he ended up purchasing.

Though he did feed the entire game, it's not as though he was going out of his way to intentionally feed the enemy team. He unfortunately had zero armor built (very little items in general), and was one shot by anyone on the enemy team.

Concluding Thoughts:

Being afk for 9 minutes at the beginning of the game during champion/ability select can affect the end game in general. Though you may have fallen behind, ensuring your jungle is warded with observer/sentry wards is huge when you don't want to not die.

Failure to vote a potential Game Ruiner when presented with clear evidence at the start of the game. The individual was AFK with no hero selection which can be seen on the scoreboard.

I would recommend more people due to the other votes not passing, however, the first vote should have been the one that went through. The other votes either had a lot of people from the previous vote missing the second vote, or the person returned and they were potentially allowing them to play.
