Replay Link: https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=9493862
Game Name: [ENT] Legion TD Mega #11
Your Warcraft III Username: willgrigg
Violator's Warcraft III Username: tanner_hall
Violated Rule(s): TK, flame, purposely let king die
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 29 mins he start TK on king
Any further thoughts: All game him and rest of team flame eachother. But towards end he gets mad and takes king on lvl 14 when we leak and makes it juggle / auto to make sure we die. We only leaked 40 unit to king and with any control at all we live. He refused to use skill and did this because he want to grief team. Pls ban.

Here are my personal thoughts and findings with regards to the request above

Teamkill:
Spoiler!
• Control of the King was taken 30 seconds prior to wave 14 being sent and was not relinquished until 2 heals had already been used.
• There was no attempt made to use skills or even to prioritize important/weak targets.

Code: Select all

The King selected 30 seconds prior to wave 14:
  28:15 <Tanner_Hall> 0x19: Select subgroup: [The King], 0x0000145300001453

Next selection made after The King was selected:
  29:40 <Tanner_Hall> 0x19: Select subgroup: [Prophet], 0x00004C3300003FD1

The only form of communication sent out during this time:

Code: Select all

 29:51 <Tanner_Hall> [Allies] tak it?

There was no additional Action logs between Tanner_Hall selecting The King and him relinquishing control of it, indicating that he may have been afk briefly.

Flame:
Spoiler!
There was similar flame coming from both Kappa and Tanner_Hall, though Tanner_Hall was the first to incite it.

Code: Select all

What started it all, in my opinion:
14:34    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: go hp
14:36    [Allies] Kappa: 18 att
14:36    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: its a heal
14:36    [Allies] Kappa: need
14:39    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: stfu
14:41    [Allies] Kappa: 18 att
14:42    [Allies] Kappa: need
14:44    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: go hp and its a heal
14:45    [Allies] Kappa: 18 att
14:46    [Allies] Kappa: need
14:54    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: u need to stfu

Example of abusing the !unignore and !ignore command later on to insult Kappa
19:45    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: !unignore Kapp
19:47    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: so easy
19:48    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: hold :DDD
19:51    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: u fuck shit
19:55    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: can play with zeus :DDD
20:01    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: u rly dog face
20:07    [Allies] Tanner_Hall: !ignore Kapp

Kappa came in the form of belittling Tanner_Hall after being told to "stfu", and a a few occurrences of ping spams on Tanner_Halls lane when he had already been muted by the bot for spamming.

Code: Select all

Example of flaming from Kappa towards Tanner_Hall:
16:19    [Allies] Kappa: nice dead value
16:33    [Allies] Kappa: u build 1k ogld of dead value
16:36    [Allies] Kappa: like an inbred dog
16:41    [Allies] Kappa: after 10 u do nothing for the team
16:48    [Allies] Kappa: how do i have better income than u
16:52    [Allies] Kappa: when im holding 10 and ur holding nothing

Example of ping spam: <First occurrence>
 22:46 <Kappa> 0x68: Map ping (X: 5506.89, Y: 4042.98)
 22:46 <Kappa> 0x68: Map ping (X: 5506.89, Y: 4042.98)
 22:46 <Kappa> 0x68: Map ping (X: 5506.89, Y: 4042.98)
 22:47 <Kappa> 0x68: Map ping (X: 5506.89, Y: 4042.98)
 22:47 <Kappa> 0x68: Map ping (X: 5506.89, Y: 4042.98)
 22:47 <Kappa> 0x68: Map ping (X: 5506.89, Y: 4042.98)
 22:47 <Kappa> 0x68: Map ping (X: 5506.89, Y: 4042.98)

TL;DR They both were equally flaming one another during the entire game.

Concluding thoughts:
I believe that the control issue over the king may have been more of an issue of Tanner_Hall being afk briefly. Though he should not have picked The King and not done anything with it. I believe this to be more of a minor TK issue.

Flaming in general in this game was primarily between Tanner_Hall and Kappa, and were both equally to blame for adding more gas to the flames.

If i were to note the rules broken during this game:

Code: Select all

• Do not spam during games (chat, ping, etc.).
• Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
• Do not juggle the king preventing him from attacking or killing units.

Reminder that flame bans are intended for users who are guilty of Excessive flame
Spoiler!
Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively. http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?tit ... ming:Rules

In my opinion, the chat is not excessive, mostly it's just annoying...

I concur with @Until 's concluding thoughts.

User Kappa banned for 8 hours for excessive ping spam.
User Tanner_Hall banned for 3 days for not focusing king/using spell, which led to king's death.

Processing.
