Violated Rule(s): Teamkilling, votekick abuse, (refusing to kick teamkiller - red and blue)
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): From 3min - 11 min (lvl 2-lvl5) Orange basicly do all he can to lose game.
Any further thoughts: We decided to play cross, level 1 didn't work out cause I used too much time trying to get orange to put delay. After the leak on level 1, he build full value with 1-0 wisp. I tell him to sell what he just built, and he sell all units he put down both rounds. Again, we leak lvl 2 cause we don't have any delay. Now, on lvl 3 when I start getting value to hold both lanes, he start spamming tier 1 unit colt all over mid, then selling it and building more colt, while still 1/0 wisp and say he won't push. Clearly an attempt of losing the game. We try to both draw and votekick him multiple times, but only teal and purple on enemy team vote when we say that he's 1/0 incomer spamming colts in mid, and it's a violation against the rules to not vote yes. Orange then try to counter-votekick me, and get !yes from blue. (Surprise)! When enemy team send lvl 5, orange had already taken king and don't kill sends on purpose. Now on 3rd votekick attempt, 6 people eventually vote !yes, but it's already too late as king is nearly dead. I hope you take action on those who didn't vote to kick him as well, as it's pretty annoying not being able to kick a teamkiller trying to lose, when his actions are told clearly in all chat by multiple people. Red and blue knew very well what they were doing when they didn't vote.
