I have been banned for a single vote kick where I did not vote, Please ban the scourge team who did not vote. Lvl 5 pudge fountain afking at the 27 minute mark is obv he is not playing.

Apparently he had computer problem. Ultimately he left, taking an autoban, but he should have done that much sooner.
leaosolitario banned 2 days for prolonged afk.
Only one votekick attempt was made. This is insufficient to warrant a ban in this instance for failure to votekick.
