Any further thoughts: oj didn't send at 1 and didn't up the king with team 2-7th lvl..he built like troll from 1 to 10th..we tried kick him but team 1 didn't do that.Oj really ruined the game.

Player has a total of 3 games played on all aliases. In addition to this, it appears the user is in Korea and may not understand English all to well. Any attempt to communicate may have been impossible.
Watching the replay, player stayed 1/0 till the start of round 5 and would only of had enough wood for one king upgrade early game. Player was 9/1 starting round 7 till the end of the game.
It is fairly apparent that this player was new to the game based on how he/she built, and the lumber as noted above. As we do not ban new players, this request is denied. I will place a warning on this user should this pop-up in the future again, however, that will be up to the Staff member to determine after reading this report and seeing the game being reported.
Regarding the players that did not vote !yes, player showed signs of being new, however, was labelled as a "troll". There was no attempt made by your team to correct how this individual was building, and to push their lumber earlier on in the game. I will not be banning the individuals that failed to vote.
