Time of Violation (in-game or replay): I'm sorry but I don't know the exact times but he solo sent on level 2, level 7 and level 9. Also he tried to votekick me on level 10 about 15-20 seconds before the game finished.
Any further thoughts: I tried explaining to him. I warned him after his solo send on level 2 and he just didn't care.

Probably deserves a 3-4 day ban.
