Either lost connection during loadscreen or attempted to leave during latecountdown (Judging by the fact he got disconnected, i'd say he lost connection during the loadscreen) - thats what happened to teal.

Drawing isn't mandatory - it is a player's decision, therefore not bannable (PS: In the future, refrain from threatning players that you're gonna report them for not drawing, now that you know that drawing isn't mandatory)

This ban request should be denied, as no rules were broken.

Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned/to force them to do something they are not obligated to. For example, telling users to draw or they would get banned is deceiving as drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory.
