Any further thoughts: in retrospect, he had the right idea to send 13, but that's not the point (also we couldn't know they didnt get polar bear or so). the point is that disrespectful behaviour ("flaming") and playing against team decisions should be punished. Thank you.

When you're in the heat of the moment 20 seconds before a round deciding to send or not, things like this happen. This was neither his or your fault. It was the fault of your team collectively for not setting a specific send round in advance. No one deserves ban for anything. While he was acting annoying it was not excessive enough to ban. Next time make sure your team is on the same page in advance.
