Any further thoughts: All 3 tried to get me kicked SEVERAL times for no reason i never broke a rule, i got ganked and died a few times at beggining because of no mia calls. I don't ruin games never have never will i play my best everytime. If i wasnt with them attacking and fighting i was defending and they wanted to kick me everytime i died even though i wasnt doing it intentional and some of them had just as many deaths as me. If you could plz give them a small ban to teach them a lesson about rage votekicking that would be wonderful. It ruined the game

Pretty sure he's just enjoying the idea of reporting people way more than anyone normally should, not actually claiming to enforce the bans himself. It's just wording. I mean, he does make it a bit ambiguous, but I don't think that's the intention behind it.

Actually, the way I see it this is pretty close to impersonating an admin, although I agree it's not direct. The fact that you speak of banning or having the whole team banned for certain is the key here. Most people would just say report, but you were cutting to the point that they were 100% going to be banned, and it seemed as if you were the one going to do it.
Basically what i'm trying to say is the way you spoke out with such confidence and authority made it seem like you were either an admin, or impersonating one. Just a note to you, you should make sure you mention that you will write up a ban request instead of directly saying they will be banned.

i understand completely i will make sure not to work it like that again, not my idea to impersonate an admin was just sayin i know the ban will happen because they broke the rules thats all
