He did send with you on 10 which gave the win as he had a lot saved up. Sure he ignored the team and didn't send with you the first time but in the end it all worked out. However at the time it may have seemed like a throw considering he had not used any lumber so it was a reasonable votekick, and only his friends had no vote.
