Time of Violation (in-game or replay): at 30:00, red builds a spectre in blue's build without asking, covering a spot near a medicine man, and then blue stops playing. Blue refuses to send with us for 15, and saves around a thousand gold as well as over 4 thousand lumber by the time we get him kicked just before wave 17.
Any further thoughts: While red's behavior caused problems, and was certainly TK to an extent, blue's refusal to play after that point was certainly more detrimental to our team. As such, I advocated for kicking blue since he outright refused to play. Red should have probably been kicked as well (I hadn't noticed in the game that it was over a spot for the oracle aura, so I didn't feel it was a big deal), but by that time our loss was already guaranteed both by failure to send as well as refusal to build.
