Obviously, his comments to go 5/1 and not build in the beginning could be seen as an attempt to TK, I won't even say anything on that one.
As flame has to be pretty excessive to be considered for a ban, I'd say the flame from this game isn't very important. The worst that was said was moron/asshole and it was rather tame in the amount of messages sent as well.
Considering blue was going holder with harlots, and west legion had immolation, they were planning on sending 7. KypBuTe instead took it upon himself to upgrade the king despite his team's choice/holder/immo:
He does send for 10, but only a BO, not furb/herms like he should have and like his team did.
KypBuTe then goes straight to 7/9, not having built since around level 4 or 5, staying at 490 value. When pushing/suiciding to an unnecessary extent I feel like it may even be accurate to consider this TK and refusal to build. Anything beyind 7/6 or 7/7 isn't necessary. Furthermore, in his attempts to get to 7/9 he actually SOLD value from 490 to 420 (one engi), and did not attempt to add delay or anything to let his team mate catch his leaks:
I'm NOT going to look for the solo sends beyond this point, it is already apparent that he was not working with his team judging by his build, his pushes, and his upgrades instead of larger send prior to 7, coupled with the sale of one of his units which was already less than 1/3rd the value of the wave..

He pushes 7/15 before lvl 17/18 in every game and never listens to anyone but himself. And its funny you're not the only one thinking he should be banned. I was just in lobby for a game and a player came writing "Wow KypBute, how are you not banned yet?"
....And last game i played with him he did 1 spawn of dragon and 1 time stealer and said, "this is my final build" then went ahead straight to 7/15.
