Slark / naruto-fr refused to kick him, several time, for obvious reasons and just answerd me "why should i kick", i ask a hard ban on naruto and luna
they are obviously friends, and i'm suspecting bara and spec for beeing luna friends, they always rushed on him when he has a rapier and were in the fog, spec used ulti many times and bara followed.

Although this may be somewhat may or may be not revalent, but Bambi23 was on my troller/ruiner list.
I reported him a week ago and moderator are on watch for this guy (Bambi23).

The guy (Bambi23) clearly knows how to play, but he's trying ruin game on purpose without the needs of being bad.
There's no need for a luna to buy rapier that early without a pre-core items. However, rapier is always bad on luna.

Hopefully @Beerlord would considered this as a warrant and ban Bambi23

I wouldn't say rapier is bad on luna compared to most heroes. Bouncing rapier attack can absolutely annihilate a team. Rapier should only ever be used in desperate losing games though (not speaking of this game or any 680 hp hero).

ive tried ban with other guys like bambi, its not even worth it. even if the ban processed. it usually is 3 day ban for game ruin first offense. but minor ban wont change anything. i doubt ent does hard ban anymore(atleast not as much as before).

You probably need multiple offenses for the same player to accumulate to long ban, or unless the mod really doesnt like you.
either way these ent rules arent strong enough to just keep these noobs away.

You need to step down your attitude. Regardless of how much your statements are correct or in place, having a mouthful of swears and the attention spam of a child does not constitute to do you well (or justice, for that matter) come to reviewing your ban requests.

On topic, he's on my blacklist as well for the same reason, he immediately rushed a Divine Rapier, and dove all alone right in the middle of the enemy base with a bit over 700 hp and no mana. At about 40th minute mark, he repeated the process.
I was prescriptive giving that to him being new and very bad in general, so I didn't submit a ban request at the time (we managed to win as well).

I actually made my own script using C++ program that I learned in last semester (So it ain't publicly legit)
and then I script the data into Microsoft Excel

After review:

10:00 - 13:35 goes afk/patrolling at tower
18:45 - 20:00 Afk fountain
Throughout mid game he would leech off jungle creeps otherwise go semi-afk.

Made 2 divine rapiers, and would have made a 3rd if game didn't end. Both of them were dropped and spec ended up with the first one.
