Any further thoughts: Civilization Wars has a very long wait time. Being willing to wait for a minute or so after the game starts is necessary in order to ensure that people are willing to wait the half an hour or more in the lobby for the game to start. Reducing the game quality for after the afk player comes back is unacceptable, and wastes the time of the other 5 players. The ideal response to an afk is to wait or draw and remake.
