Time of Violation (in-game or replay): I repicked techies so he didn't get the chance to throw with him. Unfortunately he randomed and ruined anyway.
Starts @ 4:30 he's walking around doing nothing in his base.
5:00 aimlessly walks around scourge woods.
6:45 Literally just walking around woods back and forth doing nothing whatsoever.
7:15 He crosses river into sentinel shop - buys vitality booster for some reason - then sits idle in woods waiting for us to come gank him. (He knew pudge spotted him several times)
8:00 Still walking back and forth near shop doing nothing. By this time he is still level 1 at 8 minutes while everyone else is near level 6.
I shouldn't have to go any further as it is a waste of time watching replay he just keeps up the same routine.

Any further thoughts: Another game I just played against him that he tossed for his team. There isn't even a need for timestamps. Watching him play for 5 minutes on 8x speed and you can just see what we are trying to prove. Every single one of his games is like this. Merge if you'd like.

Does sweet nothing. At 5:00 he wastes his time "denying" creeps that were stuck.
Aimlessly walking around jungle and secret shop, practically suicide at 8:12.
Jungles rest of the game until disconnected.

He was definitely not trying to play proper this game either. I will ban him 5 days for game ruining with this other offense.
