I would like to point out Illidane was clearly a new player, and ENT is a newbie friendly community.

Even before his first death, you were well aware of this fact. Noone tried to offer any help, you just called him noob. I will give you that he wasn't responding to anything, tho, which will be taken into consideration.

Every single time you initiated a votekick, your reasoning was "look at his items", "make it 4v4", "etc". Not a single legit reason was given.

So, noone will be banned for refusing to votekick.

Illidane is banned 2 days for refusing to cooperate with his team.
