First off, I'll address the solo sending directly:

Sebberz - solo sends whelp on 1, ghoul/mili on 3, dino/mili on 4, mili/ghoul for 5, bowman for 6
Fab - adds mili on 3, masses on 4 with Sebberz, mili for 5, chariot for 6

There's more, but I'm going to stop there as that's enough proof of solo sending to warrant a punishment for both.
