1) Toxic manner toward a fellow player. Still very toxic in the post here too (He kept calling other people "kids"):

2) Vote kick abuse.
3) He wasted so much time on belittling teamate instead of focusing on the game.
4) I don't think he has any respect to any other players as long as they pick techie. (It's the player which count, not the hero type)

How is this vote kick abuse when i posted the rule during the game about trolling hence why i submitted the vote kick when players from both sides agreed you were playing dumb.

From my understanding, votekick someone without a valid cause is vote kick abuse. Was your cause valid? base on the time stamp:

I think if someone votekick you, they would have a valid cause because you said "(19:55 / All) Me_Leva_Nager: im gonna throw the game"

I posted the rule about trolling during the game and u did it all game that is why i submitted the votekick and again players on both sides agreed if ksing isnt trolling which i believe most people dota players agree with especially when the carry needs kills to win the game. Now if ksing with a dagon bird is not trolling then i need a better understanding of trolling.

1. ksing isn't a violation.
2. Neither is using bird with dagon, as it is similar to using dagon on bear (with rad).
3. If the person is actually playing, doing something in order to help the team to win, then your votekick is invalid and is a violation.

You went 25-0 with techies, using dagon on crow for ksing, do you wonder why scourge won this game? You had a bb, jugg and abba in your team. Don't you think a fed either of those would be far better than a fed techies?

Helping the team... You waited until you got raxed top to start mining at towers to defend them, and I don't see how that's helpful at all. Focused too much on getting items to help yourself ks on crow (you had veil, dagon 5, clarity pots) and yet you had no scepter/euls/force staff/hex/silence nothing on techies, and only had ghost scepter, bottle, soul ring and boots of travel.

This game looks/seems like the kind of game that you just play for the k/d/r rather than for the team itself, specially going dagon with techies and using it on bird to ks, instead of the type of game you're trying to "help the team".

You say here that he should be respectful to other players and people.

I'm not surprised at all with the behavior he or anyone else showed you after this game.

QMB Just an FYI, you could be banned for this game if someone posted a ban request on you.

With only one votekick started and considering the way you played/behaved, I don't see why he should be the one banned.

Please refrain from starting votekicks against people because of them being mid lane with you, as it is abusive. You're only not banned because it wasn't an horrendous offense, so let this be a verbal warning.
