I was lumbering close to mid and demo built shelter in front of me so i couldnt get too the tree. I killed the shelter and he tried to vk abuse kick me by claiming TK. To avoid further dispute i moved the placement of my own shelter to accommodate him. He is not a new player so i know this was not done by accident.

The normal escape directly left of mound was being blocked by makrura (demo's) worker. Wasn't sure of titans whereabouts and just generally do not agree with people blocking escapes so i asked politely to not block or i would kill his worker. He did not respond, so i asked a second time to which he also did not respond. I then killed the single worker blocking the escape to which he responded with spawning in several more. He made it quite clear he did not wish to free the escape so i stopped attacking his worker. It was after this that he decides to TK my structures

So to me this seems like you broke the rules and then he retaliated.
