Endless negativity and gave up before game even started. He didn't respect call, which is not breaking a rule, but he did let the weaker player, who didn't call anything solo, just to get back at me, he followed me in woods farming. He also let allies ( most of all me ) die on purpose and then after I died he would engage.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay):
Because he didn't get his way, he lied, threw a tantrum and trolled all early game. Also FF'd before the game even begun. Didn't try to win. Didn't help allies in teamfights.
Around minute 19, he lets me die and engages after I died.

I did flame him/flame back, because of his trolling did piss me off. I didn't do anything for him not to respect my call. He let the weakest player solo, just to mess with me.
