I have reviewed the replay and confirmed that Tide sits in fountain from the start of the game till 6:00. Initially, I thought he was AFK from being in lobby (was AR), but he clicks several times in fountain showing he is purposely ruining. Once players begin to votekick him, Tide starts to play.
