Any further thoughts:
@21:40 he tp's back to base after most of our team dies, attacks a few creeps/doesn't bother defending bot then goes and sits at fountain til the match finished. So nearly 5-6 minutes. He would move every so often at fountain to reset afk timer.

Upon review, Meepo does seem to avoid helping team on purpose to end the game faster.

Meepo is ganked by Queen of Pain several times in jungle and beings flame

19:15 - Meepo sits in fountain after respawn.
19:53 - Meepo uses BoTs to tp to top lane. No immediate siege is occuring.
20:17 - Meepo dies to axe top. Attempts to escape
20:58 - Meepo respawns and tps top lane. Enemy team is sieging barracks bottom. Maybe Meepo is split pushing top?
21:27 - Meepo kills a few creeps but doesn't take tower and tps back to ancient. Must be going back to help team defend mid/bottom?
21:45 - Returns to not hit a single enemy hero and sit in fountain (only mid barracks are taken at this time). Remains in fountain till end of the game (24:53) and clicks to avoid AFK .

Player purposely does not help team by split pushing or defending barracks and instead sits in fountain in addition to light flaming throughout game. Would like to see a 3 day ban.

I highly recommend at least a week ban for this one. He's ruined more than 4 games playing like this.

If you could supply the links to the replays I would be more than happy to give them a quick review to see if game ruining is consistent and adjust my suggested ban accordingly.

Agree with above review.
xsaintx banned 2 days for afk/failure to defend.
