Violated Rule(s): He deliberately sabotaged the game by claiming toplane, and then proceeding to not play top for the entire game. He went way over his build limit on other lanes, losing income. I am told, by the opposing team (which he was on), that he also refused to listen to either of his teamates, including their midlaner, to cooperate in this game.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): From the beginning, through the entire game.
Any further thoughts: Temporary ban would be nice for him. The way I see it, he only played to ruin a game.
