On a sidenote, and as mentioned on your appeal - Next time keep playing the game, wait for the game to end and report him after: Leaving the game (also breaking the rules) is not acceptable due to someone else breaking the rules first (If he kept blocking you, leading to your death, you could have votekicked him instead)

At 3 min the attempted block had no effect.
But at 745 panda blocks u and u are killed.
Prior to that he ping spams you for a full minute, then basically stops playing, just standing in lane apparently butthurt over dying.
@entlover Please pay more attention to your ban request. You got the game name wrong, the violator's name wrong, the time stamp wrong, and did not provide a replay link. This just results in more unnecessary work for staff.
