Any further thoughts: trent uses the perma ghost bug however after using silence on him 3 times the ghost was not ermoved. google says it is a known hack + bug exploit

It's not a bug I knew about, but Treant has a number of problems.

Orchid doesn't do anything against ghost or the use of any other item, bugged or not. Diffusal should have worked, although he'd be free to ghost again afterwards. I doubt he did it intentionally, considering he got a bfury. He probably found out about it along with everyone else.
