Blue: Do not ruin the game on purpose: Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Red: From Beginning till Mid of Lvl 1. Blue: Came back after Lvl 1 but went AFK again somewhere after Lvl 4 or 5.
Any further thoughts: Well Yellow and Orange did not vote for kick in the Beginning but Yellow voted to kick Blue finally later on.
