Agree. Meets criteria for game ruin by repeatedly ranging far out in lane alone and getting ganked and killed. Would not listen to the advice of team mates and continued to do this throughout the game.

From the scourge standpoint, not having access to team chat, he looked like a new or bad player, so it was harder for them to appreciate the game ruining, and I excuse their reluctance to vote. No bans for failure to votekick.
