@Evermind : I just watched the replay and I have to disagree with you. You got votekicked for your solo sends which is a valid reason. You got warned after your first solo send. You got solid advice from your team on building strategy. You never used the chat to communicate with your team. This isnt a solo game.

lvl 2: You send 3 archer without talking to your team, your team decided to send with you and warns you to not solo send again
lvl 3: You solo send an archer
lvl 5: You send an archer during lvl 4, before consulting with your team whether or not to send for lvl 5, which they end up doing though
lvl 10: your team decides to up king for lvl 10, you solo send again, this time furb, archer & militia
lvl 11: you solo send 3 archers and get votekicked

I'd add that you might want to start building next to the wall next time so your first unit(s) dont get surrounded as quickly as in the way you built.

Unless you properly announce this in the lobby, if you ever do this while being red, you'll end up getting banned for sure.

Seems to me you are quite new to LTD. I suggest you read the rules, listen to your mates until you get a better understanding of the game, and most of all COMMUNICATE with your team.

This should get denied, maybe a warning for Evermind.

That they spoke in a language I don't speak about 75% of the time, the little I did understand I tried to incorporate. Great for them that they all understood each other, but there is no way it is my fault for not speaking those languages on an English run server. As far as the rest of your post, I already said I don't know the meta. Solo sending, wall building, and mode selection is stuff you learn after playing the game.

What they did was votekick me as soon as I started leaking waves. They knew I was a new player and kicked me because of it, and if that isn't against the rules then I don't know what is.

Exactly. The other 25% they were communicating all relevant information with you, like when to send, when to up king, the already mentioned advice they gave you. Those 25% are still much more than you said during the game, because the only thing you wrote to them was threatening them with this ban request in the very end.

True. That is why you got told not to solo send during the game. Of course you cant be blamed for being new, everyone went through that. Thats why I suggested you communicate, that helps you and your team. A quick "thank you" after getting advice would go a long way. Better even would be saying something along the lines of "Hey guys, I am fairly new to the game, I'd apreciate you giving me advice on what to build". Your team did try to give you advice at least 3 times, but you cant blame them for giving up after getting no response from you.

Anyways, good luck with your games lets have a staff member judge this.

You weren't kicked because you were new. You were kicked because you broke a in-game rule which is a completely allowed.
Your team tried to help you and you failed to communicate. Rules are rules and your expected to follow them.
I suggest you read game rules before joining one your not to familiar with.
