As far as intention to heal:

Alpha had selected prophet, intention is debatable.
Moving on to failure to cooperate:
He doesn't up king when suggested. However, he had to be careful or become a deadlane. I feel he is a newer player, as he started raider/carrion. (This doesn't excuse him not upping king with what he had, however.)
He upgrades guardian at level 7, starting on anarchy then regen up through 16m and starts on guard hp at 18min with his final upgrade at 20min.
This said, teal sits on lumber from 18m to 20m, retaining 2000 lumber by end of arena.
He does not send at 11 with the rest of team.
