Replay Link: http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 082642.w3g
Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #64
Your Warcraft III Username: DistortReality
Violator's Warcraft III Username: Dr.acula, HeavySkill, multiple others also.
Violated Rule(s): Votekick abuse, and afk at well/gameruin
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 35mins-ish through end.
Any further thoughts: Multiple attempts at votekick, without rules broken along with multiple players voting yes, for no reason. Also, HeavYSKiLL (Invoker) going afk at well and game ruining. Multiple infractions made during this game.

Invoker dealt with. => 3 days. (AFK)

The votekicks however - first one was valid in my opinion. While I can see the situation of being "outnumbered" and trying to acquire items - There was an instance where your team went to go fight and you were sitting in the base, while DK was standing in the mid-lane. What you may not have realized is that same fight caused them to push bot rax and DK had went to defend, 1v5 and you had not defended him during that. You are sniper, range is on your side. You had lothars to get away should the tide of the battle remain in favor of the sentinel but instead you were still in base.

Second votekick, I see almost the same thing but not as bad. Due to these circumstances, I'm not going to ban for the votekicks and just say move on.
