Any further thoughts: He got Night elf and took the upgrade: Rise of the ancients. Basicaly what it does you can uproot your barracks and it moves in your lane, the problem is that the barracks get 30k hp, 250-300dmg and it has divine armor + tons of auras. He did that at the start of the game, with no gold at start it is nearly impossible to stop it. I even took a screenshot that shows the playername and what happened after a few minutes after he did that. BTW he did that to another player too not only me. This is no ''winning'' strategy because when that moving barracks get destroyed he loses his normal unit respawn timer and he has lost the game. With that strategy 2 players lose the game while the third player that is on the other side of the map has a free win. I think you need to add a rule to ban this kind of play.
