Any further thoughts: Morph was being trash all game and blaming the team for his feeding, then around minute 26 he refused to defend mid rax and went shopping at secret shop while we team fought. After our rax was destroyed he walked up behind the enemy team in an apparent suicide, walking past one of them and auto attacking a couple times before he died.

He played poorly, but the time stamp you mention he went to buy items to finish his skadi, then returned to try and defend mid rax. As much as he had died I cant really fault him for making a poor decision there to try and get more items/hitpoints.
