Since this is the same game as this banrequest: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=136787, in which you reported fumanchu for the same reason as dr.sciacca in this banrequest, I am writing about both here. (quotes are taken from both requests)

These players do not look like new players from the way they play. Despite that I do not see any intentional feeding or action which leads to the thought that they are ruining this game on purpose. As you said they both do not look like the best players and on top of that they are having bad matchups. This leads to them having a bad game and dying multiple times.

This refers to a situation where Furion dies in the same position, while farming jungle. You can not say:" get smarter" and expect them to be smarter. You probably have more experience at DotA than these guys do. I still think furion just played bad but still had no intention of losing on purpose.
Regardless of Slark say the following, he did play normal and tried to win:

On top of that sticky44 tried to votekick furion after dying.

Leshrac flamed him three times in this game, however Abaddon's flame was very exzessiv and offensive. Being better than other players does not give you the right to flame others. The only reason Abaddon tried to kick Furion was for dying and having a bad game, which makes this votekick abusive.
So if someone here should get a punishment it is the Abaddon.
